Powerful and clear. Very easy yet intricate to understand and fully explain i know but God really reveals through you amazingly well. Keep it up. My question is how do I know exactly at what point giving up control will naturally or influenced by other factors come and how long to know how each will last in time and take effect and in what ways can i differ each time and how to catch signs of The Holy Spirit alerting me and when and where in places should we let go fully and surrender entirely but also places it is more challenging or scary to but still want to open up, let go and surrender? As well as how can we ask others for help around us when experiencing such sensations and thoughts to bring awareness, understanding, revelation and trust to such experiences and expressions of The Holy Spirit especially when at it's peak/strongest modes and settings of each encounter without becoming distracted nor frightened and dip out of it?

Thanks for this channel. Have been praying in tongues over 4 yrs trying to improve my consistency, but last few years realized at times I get words pop up in spirit or mind like " stay in my word" " I will carry you through" and words of knowledge. How do I know it's coming from the holy Spirit. Also at times in my mind will see someone with white gown and stretching his hand and that verse of Jesus and Peter when he was scared in the storm , pops up in my mind. Also mentally seen raindrops flowing down as I pray, how can one tell the words and mental visions from the holy Spirit ?

As well as my second Question is how does one recover after such powerful encounters at home alone or at Church with assistance if you could please do a video God Willing when God leads you and how demonstration for us and teaching combined or separate on how to recover all in different ways if you can please kindly would be much appreciated and what to eat and drink after recommended to regain energy and rest
