For many years I struggled not understanding the problem with my 1st born son as his life got worse. He started drinking and smoking, even to a point of dropping from campus and becoming a manager in a bar and restaurant selling alcohol, wines and spirits. I was hurting. It was until my missionary friend gave me counselling to release my son to God, because he was now a man. Because we had brought him up in a Godly Foundation I did not give up, I decided to stop harassing him and make All manner of prayers. Today I celebrate a man who loves God and is serving God with his family. Am excited to be part of MIP. We meet once a week to pray for our biological children and grandchildren, our household and spiritual sons and daughters.
This gives me hope for my beautiful daughter Rachel. God led me this...I’d never heard of the prayer group before. I’m based in London and feel so alone...I’m looking forward to her return 🙏

Yes Father, I agree with this prayer! Give this mom courage to release her daughter to Your loving care and prepare for her homecoming as the father in Luke 15 did! For Your glory God and the growth of Your kingdom! Amen
This gives me hope for my daughter Julianna. I had to ask her to move out and it's going on a month since if seen or heard from her. Her rebellion against God had took a effect on my relationship with my daughter. It hurts so bad to not know where my daughter is living at or hows shes doing. I text her and pray for her but I get no respond. Please keep my Julianna in your prayers to repent and return back to Christ.
@@MsDana-mo9fp My daughter Julie is mixed up right now and is very distant from me. We were very close until she said she isn't sure about the whole Jesus thing. So I am just praying for God to change her heart.
My daughter had a friend that over dosed last August, her Grandmother died at Easter, & lost 3 other grandparents when she was in High school.....she loves THE LORD, but is struggling with college while dealing with her past hurts.
Please pray for my 2 adult prodigal children. I am not giving up until I see them serving Jesus and giving their lives to him. And even then I will continue to pray fervently!! I am trusting and believing that they will come back to the land of their border. 🙏❤️🙏
This was so encouraging. Please pray for my daughter Bethany. My husband and I love her so much and it seems at this point in her life her heart is so hard sometimes. We told her she had to move out because of her disruptive and chaotic behavior. We felt it was a toxic environment for our other two kids. I pray that God will get ahold of her heart and that she will allow Him to be the center of her life. Only then will she be at peace and find true joy. I get so discouraged sometimes but then I see little glimmers of hope. I will never stop praying for my girl. ❤️
What an encouragement this has been for me today! I trust God to bring my prodigal children home. I stand on the promise He gave me for them. Placing the scriptures on their bed really resonated with me . I am trusting God to give me the perfect ones each week. Thank you so much for this testimony . God is good!
I needed this so much! Thank you Marlae and Michelle! I choose to not leave my position of prayer. Member of Moms in Prayer, since my youngest who is 19 now, was 3 years old.
Please pray for our son James. He is 16 and is out of control. The police have been at our home weekly for a while now. He is fornicating and is completely withdrawn. I am in a prayer group and have prayed for this difficult child for years. We are giving guardianship to someone else because he hit me and my husband, his dad, feels he’ll do it again. Pray that he will come to the end of himself. I am looking for an additional prayer group in Arizona near chandler.

God bless this family it’s so sad so heartbreaking for both daughter and parents , I had a long and painful journey with my two daughters who was like an angel,but turn around yet for the past four years my life has been a nightmare but even when I cry I give god praise and thanks for this brings me closer to God and I know god is the only one who never hurt me in god I give thanks

Thank you for this testimony about a mother’s trust in the Lord and letting go and letting God. The Lord is the Deliverer and the Healer. Depression is not a mental sickness, it is caused by demons. Christians need to realise that as Ephesians 6:12 says, our wrestle is not against flesh and blood, but the dark spiritual powers that are unseen. But praise our Almighty God that Jesus Christ has overcome them all. Every tongue shall confess and every knee shall bow at the name of Jesus Christ. Amen. Philippians 2:10-11
Please keep both of my children in your prayers. I have a 24 yo son, Micheal, who's away at college and a 19 yo daughter, Megan, who's still at home. I gave my life over to Christ 5 years ago but my mom took them to church and talked to them about God and Jesus while they were growing up. Both are agnostic and my daughter feels she's bisexual. God has already told me He's going to deliver and save them and I believe Him but watching all they're going through is so difficult. Megan deals with depression and has been close to committing suicide. I can't talk to Micheal about Jesus and very little to Megan. It's all so frustrating at times but I trust in Him. Thank you so much in advance!
