Pre-Cruise Hotel in Port Canaveral | Marriott Springhill Suites | Room Tours of 201 & 204 

I definitely had a different experience when I stayed at this hotel! My family stayed there twice when cruising on Disney. Beautiful hotel but breakfast was not great! We were charged twice for one night (5 rooms)! Staff was very rude as we tried to get this resolved. It took a couple weeks to get refunded! I always check my bed for cleanliness! Upon pulling the covers back I found hair between every layer! Between the top sheet right down to between the mattress and mattress pad! Sheets had stains! How gross!!! We found it to be a very disappointing stay! For the money I expected better!

Almost $300 for one night ..wow that hotel owner or if it’s corporate definitely capitalizing being near the port
