Our primary attachment method is to “Pre-Drill” our screen and window frames and secure the solar screens with machine screws, NOT self-tapping screws. Self-tapping screws are good for some applications but have a tendency to bend the solar screen frame. We utilize at least 6 screws per solar screen and attach directly to the window frame.
