On 3 August 2023, representatives from Aotearoa New Zealand's Parliamentary parties came together in election year to discuss the priorities for foreign affairs, aid and trade. The event was jointly run by the Council for International Development Aotearoa New Zealand (CID) and the New Zealand Institute of International Affairs (NZIIA).
