@@noureddeenelbishbeshy6673 it’s extremely difficult to up block it because of how fast the startup is. if she sees you up blocking she’s just gonna drop flight n mix you with ferra. And even herr normal dive kick isn’t punishable by some characters, so no it doesn’t require meter if you know the matchup. She literally didn’t need any buffs except for maybe upping her health.

I haven’t finished the entire video as of writing this but BROTHER THANK YOU!!! I actually don’t know what people see that Geras is bottom 3-1. He could have the worst buttons in the game but his specials help him so much and he synergizes with a lot of kameos
@@poseidonssb1 big truth. I think he just needs a lot more labbing. Aside from Domoralize, there are some other Geras players finding out some new grime with Jax
@@poseidonssb1 yeah I honestly don’t know why people started downplaying him so hard. I used to see people put him in like S and A tier. It could be when Tweedy made his tier list putting him as the worst and people just started believing it
johnny downplayed hard here! people even switched from homelander to johnny last pro komp to finish sets out, easy top 3. only other crazy take i think is that shang is WAY too high. smoke, sub, and li mei worse than shang???? kinda nutty and ofc a lil reptile downplay but you’re allowed to do that :) otherwise mostly agree!
Johnny I feel is the only S-tier character that has to play heads up neutral when the others have crazy mind games and mixups. I think shang is pretty good and has ways of dealing damage safely while the others have to take big risks.
People switched to Johnny? Nicolas and Sonic barely touched Johnny the entire time at EVO. Nicolas mainly played Baraka and Sonic was on Homelander for almost every match. imo the only reason they both played Johnny in finals was because they were running back their FK set.
Placing Geras this high kinda confirmed you never played him. Sure, he has some great advanced tools, but he has worst neutral in the game, no guessing game, no valid projectiles, no pressure buttons, all combo starters make you lose you turn if blocked (all of them can be crouch blocked), not freezing the opponent in the perfect spot makes you lose the combo and the hitboxes of some strings are so bad that you can check confirm the first hit and whiff the second (aka dying). He is probably one of the worst character in the game and IMO a failed design.
Never played Geras? Well if you watch my I went to MKNY video you can see I fought grr, also have a ft5 against demoralize on the channel, also fought Michael Cera fan and Lego at last chance qualifier and burrito Voorhees in the online pro komp, he is very underrated and I stand by it.
I have to totally agree with omni man, the damn zoners and the lack of options to open the opponent and actually reach him is very difficult, i would buff his VS4, instead of an overhead it should be a Mid, and a string with a grab, thats it
And as a Havik main, I agree he’s the worst right now. I think his only good qualities are the unblockable(which is buggy sometimes) and his ability to smother people with plus frames. But he has to potentially lose his turn trying to check people with pokes since his low is 16f and his mid is 18f. Unless he has Jax or Mavado he has some of the worst awkward conversions in the game and he probably has some of the worst kameo synergy
Everything has a draw back at least Li Mei has dummy damage and Omni-man has really good advancing button havik just seems to do everything decent nothing well
@@poseidonssb1 for sure. He can definitely still win, I’ve beaten a homelander before in bracket, what I say is he’s solid he just doesn’t have the grime that the higher tier characters have
Propably the worst tier list i have ever seen Tanya Above Reptile she literally has 0 winning Matchups all her matchups are 5-5 who is this scrub never hear of him?
Geras would be OP but literally everything he does is UNSAFE🙃no reason why I’m getting punished for trying to poke using down 1 and take a whole 50% combo
@@RacerNight86 very but I have one of the best ones in the world in my region, we have played a lot and unless you are getting destroyed by zoning its pretty headups game play but she gets the hit to vortex
