The present set up may lead to a fall of 3.75% on budget day and almost 10%(at least to that effect in ballooned stocks) in the following 4 weeks time. Reasons: 1. Under compulsion Ap nd Bih may have to be given huge funds under one or other pretext to cover their mismanagement expenditures. 2. Index may be manged and propelled so that harsh steps can be introduced in budget. 3. There may be some populist measures which will be against market.
