This is a good video but lacking some important information. And such specialised dopplers must always be done by qualified radiologist and not "physicians". The correct and proper operation of USG machines and correct interpretation of Doppler is not a task that can be learned in '2 days'. Please dont promote cross practice and turf erosion. I have nothing against the above doctor or renal physicians. Let imaging be handled by experts only.
Don’t get up so caught up with labels. If you are a high volume access surgeon you can perfectly learn us skills for thorough and accurate us eval pre and post operatively
@@mavadd88 You cannot match the technique and reporting of a well qualified “high volume” radiologist. Lets not erode each other’s turf. Even radiologist can create fistulas directly.
Thanks 😂.. i was to say the same thing. These over confident physicians, especially Surgeons tend to do this. Yes, a vascular access person must also learn it n shld keep a machine for real time use while surgery.. but in delhi itself I have seen vascular surgeon, 😂 performing all sorts of dopplers to mint money from pt. That too with just a hand written report. Cut throat competition makes them steal patients n things like this. 😂😂.. Ego itni rehti hai, ke kya hi bola jae. Medical boards should lay very strict rules and punishments for such "2 days me Doppler seekho" idiots.
