The Ultra Pup is a two seat tandem seating experimental aircraft designed by Bob Counts and manufactured by Preceptor Aircraft. The Ultra Pup has a welded 4130 chromoly steel fuselage, covered in standard aircraft covering material. The wings feature aluminum spars and ribs, and are covered in standard aircraft covering material.
It features folding wings, and is powered in most cases with a 4 stroke VW aircraft engine conversion, or a Mosler 4 cylinder 4 stroke engine.
