This really brings back some great memoeies, I roadied for PM back in the day .. all girl metal band the only time I ever roadie , I used to hang out with thier producer Paul Sabu his dad was Sabu the Jungle boy and he had a star on Hollywood blvd .. it was a regular thing for Paul to go up and clean chewing gum off of his dad's star early in the morning. Paul was a producer for Polygram and he had a band called Kid Glove ,, Polygram ripped both of them off in the beginning and they were having a tough time getting away from Polygram so they could get a real record deal ....
Friends brought me here, Phoebe's guitar covert its "Daisy Rock", Janet Robin its in one of daisy rock commercials and she its in this band, so someone else came like this? xd
It's so weird this video hasn't gone viral yet... the trump reference goes way beyond a casualty, he was the first choice and agreed to play the mr big shot guy... and then declined... (cracked brought me here) it's a cool song, the video could been hilarious if billy sheehan from Mr Big played the part XD btw it's so clear the transition from the 80s to the 90s in this video
I guess Donald Trump was originally supposed to be in this video as the titular Mr. Big Stuff, but ended up changing his mind, which hurt the video's circulation.
Looks like lead singer Leslie Knauer had breast reduction surgery. She looks like a c cup here. In her earlier band called Promises she was an DDD cup or bigger. She still has that strong voice though.
@Victor R. like trump thinks he is a mad scientist it is going to happen the thing i don't understand is how any american can vote for trump after he took a vow to protect us and he has let us die from covid by the 1000s
He originally was. The video was already shot but Trump demanded and extra $100k after their manager declined the purchase of Trump's airline (not part of the video deal). So they had to reshoot the video.
After shooting his scenes, Trump demanded $250,000 payment instead of the agreed-upon $10,000 appearance fee. Knauer says, "Trump had the script, he played all the parts, shot them, so later to say, 'I thought I was only going to be in one part' -- then why did you shoot all those parts? We were just a struggling band, wondering why he would do that to us. He full-on just lied. I hate to think the guy had any power over me at all, but he hurt our career at that moment."
@@paulrock3877 Love the band and don't care for Trump, but he didn't hurt their career. This was from their third album in 1990. Music was changing by that time and they didn't have success with none of their albums or singles. They broke up not long after this.
