2KI(aq)+Pb(NO3​)2​(aq)→2KNO3​(aq)+PbI2​(s) It is a precipitation reaction as PbI2​ is precipitating down which comes under the category of double displacement reaction. fe+h2o=fe3o4+h2 Sir,please also make video of this equation. I need this equation to understand

Precipitates are formed of that compounds which are insoluble in water. For more information refer solubility chart. Nitrate and potassium compounds aresoluble in water so both can't form ppt

Since you are showing this for potential benefit of school kids, I suggest you follow standard safety procedures with the chemicals you use. Young people may learn bad habits from your slightly casual approach in touching lead based chemicals for example.

As kids doing these kind of experiments, we had usually tossed off the waste in kitchen sinks for example. Since your audience seems to be very appreciative of your demos, you can take this opportunity to put in the right ideas of taking care of not polluting our precious environment.
