Sir, at time 7:30 you said that if true length of chalk is 2.4 cm then in that case measurement with scale ( 2.4 cm) will be more accurate. A question arises that if this is the case then it would mean that there is no uncertainty in our measurement, which goes against the rules of measurement.

excellent explanation for uncertainty but I think are confusing uncertainty and absolute uncertainty. Clearly uncertainty is equal to least count (or of possible values within which true value lies), but absolute uncertainty is half of least count (half of range from mean) i.e. half on either side of mean
