Respected Sir, no doubt tremendous job opportunity and huge income in Agriculture area if managed systematically thereby making National income very high From government farm houses or gram Panchayat level or block level , latest machinery can be hired if provision made A group of agriculture team if made in village and adopting Israel methods i.e. multilayer farming like mushroom , hen egg , hydroponic, of course by water management, then loss will be less due to bad climate changes Sir, in my view most important thing is, unemployed youth and retired personal must be motivated towards Agriculture & providing them job at village level Honourable Sir, today's atmosphere each students wants to do any job but not Agriculture , basic reason forest animals they destroy the crops , it is my experience in two seasons my crops wheat , paddy , gram , razma , arhar, pea, presently banana had been spoiled by forest animals rest by other unsocial elements who cuts the mer capture the chakroad tuewel nali banjar land ........etc In my childhood though machinery were less but honesty ^ group cooperation was very high thanks Jai Hind Jai Bharat
