Thanks for the review! Even though there’s a group that hates music on the course, music helps my son enjoy his time on the course. Nice to know the front and back when you shoot the pin distance.
What a game changer for golfers! I never knew this existed until now 🤯 Love this! Thanks for reviewing this Brandon 👊😎 Would definitely be the envy on the course with this
First edition of the product…looks like it can use some refining, much like the precision pro R1 rangefinder. Either way, I like the way they are heading, hopefully they can sort out the kinks.
I have a Bushnell wingman, very similar Bluetooth device, its magnetized as well, but without the screen. The precision pro is on sale right now for $100, and the wingman is $119. My opinion, they are great Bluetooth speakers made for golf carts, thats it. Don't buy for the GPS, its spotty, and very easy to lose the remote. Buy a GPS golf watch, and use this for music. Cheers.
Great review! Looks like an awesome product. I use a GPS watch and I find it extremely annoying to wear. This would be a great substitute as we're always listening to music on the course as well. I would love to try this product out! Thanks Brandon
The Bushnell doesn't require you to be connected to the app for the GPS to work but you get a 1/3 of the battery life so pros and cons. I have not done an in depth review. Just comparing to/going by what my buddy who owns one is saying.
I was able to purchase this for $100 on Amazon and figured, why not give it a try? Speakers go for at least that. Im happy with it. I agree with you in also using a range finder. The speaker was usually within 3-4 yards of the rangefinder, wherever you hit the flag in comparison. Since most carts have a usb port now and most cell plans have unlimited data, you can keep it unlocked .Still kind of annoying. Its going to be personal preference at this point. Nice option with the yardages but I still would rather use a range finder. Agree with what was said about volume. Loud enough but not too loud. I also havent used it at highest volume as to keep peace with other golfers. Magnetic strip is super strong. I didnt have a problem connecting and my local golf courses have been compatible, so far. Overall, not a bad $100 spent!
