Think of it as using binoculars to look at it. No raptor has ever been shot but he does enjoy looking at wild game.

I was looking it at. I thought it was cool to see him hanging out there hooting. It was pitch black and the only way I could see him was through my scope. Just like the deer, rabbits and raccoons I was looking at. No animal was harmed except predators.
