I didnt want my daughter talking to anyone in roblox too. Im always checking in on my kids when they play roblox and have conversations with people online. If i find anything suspicious, i will close it down immediately. Children are just too innocent.

Yep, my daughter had text messages of roblox. The person saying I love you and other things I can't remember. She no longer plays it now but no messenger for her.

I was playing some word game and sometimes really young children would send messages. One 7 year old told me where they lived and asked if we could be best friends 😨 I told them to show our conversation to her parents and please only play the game with children they know in real life from school. Never heard back. Good

Actually parents think that restricting games for certain ages for kids is gonna keep their kids safe what parents should do is never let their kids play Roblox and have them play other games that don’t have public online players on it

last year, my cousin was playing murder mystery 2 in roblox and met this friend group. she was 10 and these people were 17, but she said she was 13 and they told her they were 14. i told her, be careful because they could be lying. her response was "oh, i probably won't keep this friend group for long". after a month or so, she starts dating one of the guys. i went behind her back and befriended the dude. he asked for my age, i lied and said i was 16. he told me he was 17. then after i had found out he is basically a legal adult as of 2024, i also found out he had made her send "photos" of herself to him on snapchat. after that, he had screenshotted those and her location. when they would call, she would lie to her mom and say it was me because me and the guy sounded very similar. after her mom finally took her phone, she was grounded for a year. please always know roblox online dating can lead to HORRIBLE circumstances.

There is alien predators that can groom people of any age , they can reach thru off line single players... If the game is too much, turn it off and report it anywhere... Just because they are offline doesn't mean it can't reach them thru a the cable cord .

I tried to tell my son that this stuff happens. He is so naive and innocent. I allow my son to have this app he's 8 years old but I'm monitor it and I made a limit that he is not allowed to engage in conversation with anybody no text no messages period. However I can see how these apps can be misused.

I've been telling my 8-year-old son about these horrible types of people and their methods since he was probably four or five. As sad as that is, those predators really Bank on us not talking to our kids because they're young. So talk to your kids make sure that they don't speak with anybody online unless they are verified through the parent. That's just the way it has to be in my household or else there is no privileges for these types of games.

When my son got into a fight at school, my son explained to the doctor and I that the other young boys asked him to go to the bathroom vice him asking them. Request to submit this video to the US Supreme Court.

I can contest to this. There’s always been sexual advances made on gaming voice chats. Parents you need to monitor your kids to the best of your ability. Predators will take any advantage they can! Even on FPS there’s weirdos online.

Parents have rights. Period. Edit, just because one set of parents harm a child does not give anyone the right to take children from their parents. Foster parents are just that. If you want a child, have one of your own. Don't try and steal someone else's. For all we know the foster parents were the cause of this.
