I think the App and Predator sense for the new Triton 300 laptop need updating as the Mobile option is no longer there. Just brought mine in December and would of liked the App feature as I do a lot or renders and bakes so a way to monitor its temperature and modes would of been nice.
I like what I can do with the program so far. Only thing I would like is that when I set a profile for extreme, if I then turn on turbo mode for a bit, when I turn off turbo mode it returns my profile to default instead of extreme so I lose performance. Is there a way to make the profile return to it's save state after using turbo mode?
Yea ive had similar issues & been trying to figure out how to create a fan curve. Like ill play a game. Turn on turbo mode. When im done playing the game i dont need those fans to run at MAX because there is no load on cpu or gpu BUT the laptop case itself is still hot & i dont want to A.) wear out my fans early & B.) dont want to have to manually go into this app just to turn on extreme mode. Id rather after im done playing a game it still has high fan speed to cool it off but slows down as temp decreases. Idk if you guys have found a solution for this but please if you do lmk & if i find a solution ill come back here & help yall out
how do you get those other lightings? for my predatoro helios 300, i have breathing, wave, zoom, shifting, and neon, but nothing else on the dynamic lightings
I'm not satisfied with this product, it doesn't allow for optimization in terms of the Cpu and runs at fairly high temperatures where it starts throttling
i have the 2018 version of the predator helios 300,i don't have these options on predator sense and can only just set fan settings on the predator sense app, is it just how it is?

What version of predator sense is this? I don’t have these side panels to choose from no overclocking options just an option to turn turbo on and choose what the fans run on.
So what I would like to know is what exactly does the System Temp represent (the temp of what exactly) because after changing the thermal paste on my GPU and CPU they System Temp is the only one that's higher than the other two. And how can it be lowered? Oh the acer guys have no clue, they just trow assumptions that it might be this and that...among which are the Mother Board, a bunch of components together and so on. I have noticed that besides the GPU and CPU there is some sort of ping thermal jelly on some other component around the GPU and CPU, could those ones be the culprits?

weird, my app looks completely different from this one. It's got a red theme and a lot less to do. Just the overclocking and fan speeds on the front page with no more pages to be found on it
I have an predator helios 300 ph 53 315 with an rtx 2070 Max q and a i7 10750h and i can't find the discrete gpu only ANYWHERE in the laptop, i want to know If my predator inst compatible with that or i have the wrong version of predatorsense installed. I already checked the BIOS bit found nothing two.

Hello. Can you help me diagnose my laptop. Im using acer predator helios 300 i7 1660ti. Everytime i play games, the charging automatically stops. Im using 135w charger. I bought it online so this is a 2nd hand laptop.. im not sure if this is the original charger.
When I put the fan speed mode in game mode, the temperature inside the game remains the same, the temperature does not drop, it remains the same as in automatic mode!
I miss like half the features in predatorsense. I can't sync my phone, there is no control over the lights, only overclocking and fan control. I have the Acer predator orion 5000, does my pc not have those features?
Which model is it? On this site www.acer.com/ac/en/GB/content/drivers you can type in the serial number to check you have the latest Predator Sense installed. If it is, lmk the model anyway so I can check if it has these features 👍 Talia, Predator
@@PredatorGamingUKOfficial I went to the website you gave me and installed the predator sense application for the PO5-610. However, instead of an improvement, my situation now has worsened. I can not see my predator sense application anywhere. I have followed the steps after opening up the setup file, but it is nowhere to be found. I have repeated this process for several times without it having any effect. What do I do now? Edit: after a long struggle I am back to where I was at the start. Still no control over my lighting or able to sync my phone with the program, but at least I've got my application back.

Won't even install on a Helios Neo 16, PHN16-71-78H (RTX 4070), so no backlight for the keyboard etc. Acer support have so far wanted to know what virus scanner and firewall I am using, then asked me to install an older versions etc. All to no avail, I just get "This device model is not supported" message. Looking on the internet, it is claimed that the BIOS (which I updated to the latest) has the name 'PHN16-71-782H' and it should be 'Predator PHN16-71' for it to work. Hex editing the sense software shows that this may be true, but there are some characters after each entry that Acer have put in, which means that even if you edit all the ini files and hex edit it in the executable, it will not work: Predator PH16-72fntwq4ib Predator PH16-71zmts9n5f Predator PH18-71jpu4slyf Predator PH18-72_ioboxmz Predator PH3D15-716g-zpv-q Predator PHN14-511msk1blk Predator PHN16-71nw-zr24v Predator PHN16-72dmgxuoqj I might return it for a refund.

My gpu frequency is _ _ and gpu is also _ _ updated system and updated the app to cpu reading is showing and only system temp is showing gpu temp is _ _ and gpu frequency is _ _ not playing any games no editing but sometimes gpu temp comes and goes automatically then again gpu is _ _

Can someone help. I just picked up a Predator Helios 300 Intel i7-7700HQ. I have no predator key that I can see. The predator sense that comes up only shows some limited fan controls and temps. There are no macro controls, no rgb controls. I have uninstalled predator sense and reinstalled. I have gone into the command app and tried this lodctr /R. For that I got an 'Unable to rebuild performance center setting from system backup store." Thoughts?
Hi, try to go on edit power plan. Then click on change advanced power settings and then go on processor power management and change from 100% to 98%. It worked so well for me!

Have you tried predator sense? In the top right corner there should be a gear Icon with a list of options. Or, you can go to BIOS, and choose discrete over there.

same.....its only compatible with ph 315 52.....ours is ph 315 53,and also they have 2 gpu fans we have one....they have many light control we have only some.....they have the higher end helios 300 and we have the lower one thats why

I know what it can REALLY do. It can stop functioning with the laptop's backlit keyboard even after 3 updates, 4 reinstalls and 5 hours of troubleshooting! Shitty, shitty software, go buy MSI or ASUS
