In this video we highlight the new Maxwell 2022 R1 capabilities to predict AC losses in the winding configurations by employing Litz Wire modeling based on two-way thermal coupling with thermal solvers. Maxwell provides an accurate representation of the conductive region accounting for the AC effects that cause AC losses. The conductive properties are altered by the temperature feedback received from Ansys thermal solvers through Workbench or AEDT. This significantly reduces the number of finite elements and design unknowns, vastly improving simulation efficiency.
It also illustrates system push-back excitation for Maxwell 2D/3D magnetic transients that provides with a faster alternative to simulate designs such as electric drive systems which require detailed FEA analysis.

How do you know the real inductance/coupling values? I think you should first do the eddycurrent analysis to get inductance matrix, next feed that to Simplorer/Twin Builder and then push it back to Transient Analysis, after that you can iterate whole process with Icepak at updated temperature.
