The main reason I disagree with the scapegoat talk about Darvin Ham is that his rotations weren't just bad, they were borderline malpractice. Benching healthy DLo and Reaves for Cam Reddish and Prince is inexcusable. NEVER running back the starting 5 that got you to the WCF last season when all 5 are healthy is inexcusable. Continuing to start Prince when literally every metric shows that Rui and Vando are better and you win more games when they're starting is inexcusable. Playing an 8 man rotation in a series where your stars are older guys is inexcusable. Not playing your backup big when the biggest discrepancy in the series is rebounding is inexcusable. Running a PG/PG/PG/SF/SF lineup against the Nuggets starters is inexcusable. Playing Spencer Dinwiddie in the 4th quarter over Reaves in an elimination game is inexcusable. Not playing your lockdown defender wing and backup big in an elimination game is inexcusable. Not calling a timeout until your 9 pt lead is gone and you're down by 4 is inexcusable. Putting Taurean Prince in for defense to save your season instead of Vando is inexcusable. Putting Taurean Prince in instead of DLo to take the last shot to save your season is inexcusable. Never giving Max Christie or Jaxon Hayes a real shot to get comfortable on the floor or a shot at real minutes is inexcusable. Constantly throwing your players under the bus and never taking accountability for the team's struggles is inexcusable. This team overachieved in spite of Darvin Ham, not because of him. And there's an arguement that with a competent coach this team beats Denver or avoid the 7th seed altogether.

Fun fact, history tells us that a team with the 1st seed, that swept there opponent in the first round, have a 100% success rate to win in the second round 🤷🏾‍♂️
