Lore suggestion: Ted was once a respectable archeologist, that's why he could read the "ancient language" from the book. However, because of the things he could see, he was driven to drug abuse and homelessness. He tries to change the world the only way he knows how: by releasing the language of the book to humanity.

Idea: Scp 745 (Highway Headlights) (You’ll need to be in a pair while doing this) So obviously since the police have dealt with Smokey before, thought you could throw a little curve ball in the mix to confuse them. Plus, it’ll be funny to see people get spooked

Idea: What comes to the ever so clean streets of Los Santos is a jaded man who had his order messed up just one too many times, as he drives a sewage truck with a hose at the top that sprays sewage all over instead of water or fire to bring vengeance against the clean cars and fancy suits of those who have wronged him, just as soon as he gets his revenge against the fast food employee who included pickles in his burger despite him asking for no pickles. (Inspired by the saints row 2 sewage truck side mission.)
