Dear Preethi Home Applainces Pvt ltd our 1st mixer grinder was preethi blue leaf and now as we are satisfied with it now our 3rd mixer grinder is Preethi eco plus top end model we bought it yesterday and it the best no one os competition with you keep it up
I use the small container in the chutney jar While grinding small quantity ginger garlic paste or chutneys.... no matter how much less quantity water i use,water spills out of the container making it messy all over. I have bought it 15daysback and faced such problem at the very first day

Hi...I am using this preethi mixer grinder (blue leaf) form last more than 1 yr. few days back due to over load it’s stopped working.. tried many times as per your advice but it doesn’t work again.so changed the circuit breaker.still its does not work properly. Sometimes it’s work sometimes not. Please help..I am really disappointed with this.
Thanks for the prompt response. We had an old Chefpro bought 2006 and then Eco Twin in 2014. There are a lot of jars leftover from these 2 machines, which are still in excellent condition. Will we be able to use those jars in this Blue Leaf Platinum machine also? Please advise. Thanks in advance.
I don't like the small jar, whatever I grind little gets collected in the gap between white outer plastic and inner steel bowl. My jar always smells bad so I don't like to use it. Even if you clean the jar and put it upside down to dry, food stuffs keep pouring outside from the little gap and your jar never be clean. To my surprise I saw small worms formed bcoz of the leaking. The motor and the quality of mixie is good but this is a major drawback of this product.
Preethi blue leaf platinum model is worst .in this model dangerous to use small Jar. Even eyes also maybe lost , when using small Jar (masala Jar). R &D Department is doing worst reasearch on this model. Preethi blue leaf platinum. Dàyachesi yevaru konoddu. Chinna jar chala worst, eyes 👀 kuda potaai mirchi vesetappudu.
