In last example... 1 is the prefix to 110 and 11 is prefix to 111... Can someone explain why it is considered as prefix free

So simpely put a prefix code is a code where no digit is the start of another.

Regarding whether a code is a prefix code, your explanation is not clear. A code is a prefix code if you can draw a binary tree that represents it. In your example, it is not clear how this tree is constructed. It is just shown .
