GDKP would be incredibly fun, if there wasnt RAMPANT Bot Hold Farming, Gold Selling, and Gold BUYING.

Because they know enough people won't quit over it. They will still keep paying out the nose and the bots are paying a sub aswell. Trust me, someone with a brain over there has run the numbers and keeps active tabs on bot accounts and an overall cost benefit analysis due to them. It's more profit to keep the bots resubbing and then banning them in waves as "PR moves". Theres a reason Blizzard looks like a money grubbing company... Because it is one. And theres a reason why they treat players like little bitches... Because they are one.

You get the money from other players, either sell boosts or from other GDKP runs. Or its bought from the bots.

U just need to raid more gkp runs.. naxx gkp avg 1.5-2k per cut, aq40 bwl avg 300-700g per cut... if u have more toons then more gold ofcourse

Well do some gdkp runs without buying... make the price go high so people who actually buy golds use their money.... get that money... gg you're rich too now... goldseller money... without actually buying gold.

I only use it on bosses with adds, so in this video both Noth and Anub. But I dont really use it for singletarget boss encounters. It's also great for trashpacks!

One of the best trinkets you can use for cleave fights and trash packs, not worth for single target though

Ya man it's a gbid. You set the min bid before the raid starts in the rules. If you don't want people to get cheap items then set it higher. Be grateful your getting more than you would for a nexus crystal.

You both are kinda stupid. It's not about "if you have no golds duh"... it's about making people pay more than they should just for fun. It's not "fair", you know that word ? It's toxic. And if you find that "ok" or "nomal" then you're toxic too. If the bid goes high by itself, it's fine. If the bid goes high cause people that don't want the item in the first place, just want you to pay more, to the point to take the risk that no ones that actually needs the items gets it... it's not fine.

You won't get any good gear because you will always be outbid by gold buyers for P5 and P6 gear. No way you are herbing to pay for even one of these items. If you win, I can pretty much assume you bought your gold with a credit card.

i think the biggest issue people have with GDKP runs is that it perpetuates a need for buying gold. not alot of people can farm tens of thousands of gold. thus feeding bot behavior from gold sellers.

"bot and gold selling issues aside" but the problem is all there. As long as people will be ready to spent 200k in some items (even if yes, i know, it's rare cases) there will be a market for gold sellers. They will always be there. Yes. But... would they try this much to milk wow players if gbid raid wasnt there ? i doubt. And would blizzard let them that free if they weren't that much ez dollars for them ? i doubt. There's a cause and effect relationship. Gbid = create a big demande in golds = Gold seller appreciate that and put more bots on the case = Blizzard see the ez money, let the bots play 6 months or so (just time to make a good amount of money) then ban them knowingly that they will buy another game key, cause the first attemps was succesful, and then tell the players (ah no, we ban every 6 months cause you know... they smart... they will find ways to improve if we ban to often, kek). Now i agree that it's not really CAUSE of the gbid.. and more the fault of people that comes in thoses with dirty money... and the people that allow the prices to go crazy... but since you can't always say if money is dirty or not... eh.

People are getting their bis for kinda cheap. He, and some others... try to make them pay more, just for the pleasure to ruin them... wich is 1) toxic anyway... why would you... just for fun.. force someone into farming more that they need to... 2) promoting gold selling/buying... cause yeah... people are already using dirty golds in thoses raids... leading to people not buying gold kinda struggling at times... so, if you ALSO make their time difficult on purpose... what you think they gonna do... Basically what is doin is like "if you farm your money... i'll make sure that you spent the rest of your life farming if you want your gear... you don't want that... but still want gear ? Buy golds then".

it's bidding without needing any item just to milk people that is disgusting to watch. It's seeing thoses items finally going into the bags of people that don't even need them just cuz "ima troll duh" that is disgusting to watch. You can do gdkp... and do it properly and fairly. Toxic.
