The glucose test is so dumb anyway. All you have to do is eat healthily. Taking the test is exactly what you shouldn't do and rush your baby with all that sugar and crap. We literally refused to take it and just kept with my wife's existing diet for her training.

Be careful getting dip over and over again on your nails! I got it probably 4 or 5 times in a row and when I stopped my nails were RUINED! Even the new nail that grows back are so brittle and thin. I’m 3 months out from stopping dip and my nails are finally growing past my finger tip again. Ugh.

You should put the produce bags in your pink shopping bags (so you always have them together) and you should always wash your clothes before wearing them. Especially when buying from a store! They get shipped to the store (can be in plastic for days) and 9/10 they smell bad from being in plastic. I work retail and the clothes in the store are tried on by MANY people and end up on the floor of the fitting room and stepped on. and if they are on sale and aren't super popular they can be in the store for years. (I'm not kidding) (we had a shirt for almost 2 and a half years) So please wash your clothes no matter if you get it from a store or online xo

If you forget the reusable bags always try and keep some in your car! Also naked fruit is perfectly acceptable! 😜 keep it in a regular bag on the way to scan it if it’s wet/a leafy veggie like cilantro! I do it all the time no biggie. And make sure you don’t wash that bees wax with cold water. Warm only! I messed mine up using cold the first time

When I took the 1hr they never told me I needed to fast because I did it at my first appointment at 8weeks. I had a soda before my appointment so I failed it lol. Then I passed the three hour one a few days later.

You actually don’t have to fast for the 1 hr glucose, you can if you want to. You are supposed to fast for the 3 hour test. you are supposed to eat how you normally would for the 1 hour. He told her to fast since she wanted to redo the 1 hour and she barely failed.

Alexis Devlin I never passed the 1 hour test. Always had to do the 3 hour one and passed it. First time I ate some eggs but not before the test. They told me I could eat but not right before. Failed it. Next baby I didn’t eat anything before. Still failed it.

I almost had to take that pregnancy glucose test. The nurse told me I had to take it, and I told her I didn't have to. Why? I have type 1 diabetes! I knew I would fail it for sure!

I passed my 1 hour test and I really don’t know how I did because to be honest I don’t eat that well or healthy, I try too but I always drink water! I’m pretty happy! My sister failed her 1 hour both her pregnancies!

You should try the makeup eraser! You can buy it at Sephora and its a cloth that when you wet it, it removes all your makeup without needing micellar water and its a big cloth so you can just use a section of it everyday and wash it once a week. It would be great for travelling because then you wouldn't need the micellar water.

Good job requesting to have the one hour done again!!!! I was a dumb bat and ate a croissant literally right before going in. 🙄 of course I failed, but only by ONE. POINT. The nurse on the phone pressured me to do the 3 hour, and no, it is not the same. It’s double or triple the sugar you have to drink, to the point where most people pass out or get nauseous. I started blacking out 2 hours in and had to lay down. Should have done what you did and requested to redo the 1 hour after fasting! Glad everything is okay for you!!!! 😊💕🤰🏼

I sometimes forget that they still use a lot of plastic bags in America 🙈 if we forget our bags, we need to buy a new reusable one or just let it be and go without a bag 😅😂
