Pregnancy Journey So Far - TTC, Pregnancy Anxiety, Telling Our Family ❤️ 

I have this anxiety too for no reason. I'm 29 and haven't even tried to get pregnant yet. I understand it's not helpful to think about, but my colleague and friend has really struggled.She's had 6 miscarriages and is now pregnant for the 7th time. I was in the bathroom with her at work because she had started bleeding at around 6 weeks and was almost phsychotic, i had to physically restrain her from hitting herself. Thankfully, the baby is fine. She's now about 8 weeks along, and the doctor has put her on bedrest but is confident this time it will happen. I can't imagine the pain, but it's important to try to regulate our emotions. Not to say that stress can cause a miscarriage because medically, there have been no links found between stress and loss, but it's just not healthy or helpful to get so anxious. A little nervousness is normal, but dont get overwhelmed. Everything will work out. God bless you and your baby.

Ahh this is lovely, love your fashion content but happy to hear all things mummy-related too. I've no plans for any more children but hearing people talk about their experiences and anticipation/excitement for the future takes me back to that lovely time and I enjoy the nostalgia/reflection it brings - so thanks for sharing some of your journey with us. I also had the bleeding experience, Its not easy with all the thinking in our head, but we do our best through it ❤ all you shared is just the same way I feel and I'm also that bit protective about it and all, so youre not alone on that 😊 this is all new to me so I just want to thank you for sharing this, it made me feel more at ease just knowing that I'm not the only one with these feelings. ❤ keep that strength mama!
