Pregnancy Loss: Our Story 

Sending comfort and love🫂....last year I was pregnant and the Doctor told me to abort my baby because I have a down syndrome baby but I chose to trust God. My baby is healthy and beautiful now with no down syndrome.... He turned 9 months yesterday

I got married in 2020, miscarried 3 times (2020, 2021 and 2022). I couldn’t carry full term. I was devastated and at some point wanted to leave my marriage. God being God did the things, I conceived again October 2022 and now have baby. There’s hope✨

Who else came back here after seeing the pregnancy announcement?🥰 God really does restore, congratulations🥰🥰

Hope this is a reminder to people to never ask people when are they having children. Love and light fam ❤️✨.

In 2015 with my 1st child or pregnancy, we were told that there's something wrong with my baby. Mind you, i had had a threatened miscarriage with the same pregnancy at 6 weeks. I was also reffered by my gynae to a fertility specialist who also mentioned many problems with the fetus. Baby not getting enough blood and oxygen, deformed hand, heart problems, etc. I began praying Psalms 139 over my womb everyday hoping for the Drs reports to change as my baby grew within me but they kept getting worse as she got bigger. I then decided to go to a different specialist for a 2nd opinion and she said my baby has a cleft tongue, i swear i got mad! They then referred us to a psychologist who was forcing us to accept the condition of our baby and trying to prepare us for a disabled baby but my husband kept refusing everything she said ( that consultation was traumatizing). Long story short, when i was almost due for labour they had booked me for a C-section so they can take the baby and do open heart surgery (due to the heart issues). My husband told me straight to my face that i will go there alone coz he wont allow his baby to be killed. We then canceled that appointment and went to Gauteng (we were staying in Cape Town). We got to Pretoria when i was 37 weeks and i struggled to find a gynae who could help us. Eventually we did. And she's still my gynae even today 😊. The following week at 38 weeks i gave birth naturally to a healthy, perfect baby girl! No issues, no disabilities,no heart problems. My gynae kept screaming while holding her, "mama look at your baby!!! What kind of faith is this?!!!" It was not my faith, it was the Grace of God and my daughters name is Grace. Rego and Dise God is with you and His Grace is sufficient for you. Trust in Him completely and He will restore you in everyway...Psalms 30:11. I am praying for you 🙏🏽 ❤️

The older we get, the more we realise exactly how much of a blessing it is to carry full term, and eventually get to carry your own baby in your arms … May He listen to the prayers of your hearts ❤

Although nobody ever deserves to go through this experience, watching this convinced me that making the best selection in a partner is extremely vital - There is nobody you’d rather go through this with than some you truly love and who truly loves you. 2020 August 4 i gave birth to my son at 25 weeks.. He came feet first.. Lived only 17hrs only.. Deep in covid I could not even touch my baby.. 😢😢Stil healing from that.. God has since blessed me with another son.. He's 15 months old to day and he is the best thing that's ever happens to me ❤.. I'm so happy for you guys.. May Gods love and healing power see u thru

I'm not married and i don't have a child, but i've felt your pain deep inside my chest and body. i've cried where you cried, smiled where you smiled. Loss is never and won't ever be something easy no matter how it looks like or how it happened. Truly, the peace of God surpasses all human understanding.

I'm not even done watching and listening to you guys. The minute you mentioned Cystic Hygroma I just started crying. My second pregnancy loss I was 5 months pregnant and I too had to terminate the pregnancy. I felt so alone and blamed myself even when the doctor told me that it wasn't my fault. I had another pregnancy loss at just 3 months with my third pregnancy. By the grace of God I fell pregnant again and now my son is 1/6months. I love that you too continue to praise God. Stray strong and keep loving each other. ❤

God is faithful! ❤ I remember after multiple tries of conceiving with my husband we finally fell pregnant but pregnancy was what is called a Molar Pregnancy and we had to terminate because there was no formation of a fetus. We almost lost all hope, but fast forward a year later the Lord restored and blessed us with twins. All in God’s time Fam! Sending you love and comfort 🫂

If anyone watched it without chopping onions throughout, you are one strong person, thank you Rego and Dise for sharing your story, for being strong enough to take us through the journey, a loss of a child is never easy, I wish people can be kinder with each other and stop the assumptions on putting pressure on women, married or unmarried couples to have kids, we never fully share our struggles, thank you for the reminder that GOD is always in the center of it all, GOOD and BAD, HE WILL CONTINUE HOLDING OUR HANDS AND USHERING US THROUGH THE UNKNOWN!!!

This made me cry and took me back to when I lost our baby last year July at just 11 weeks. I'm glad God blessed me with a loving and caring husband. Even to this day it still pains a lot but we just gotta heal and believe that God will bless us again when the timing is right. Be strong guys❤

Yoh this had me bawling 😭😭😭 took me back to when we lost our baby last year 14 October 2022. I got married in April 2022, my husband & I are a young couple like you guys. A month after our wedding we found out we were pregnant. My husband was so excited because he's been wanting us to start a family. And it was a boy. My Husband has always wanted our first born child to be a boy so you can imagine how thrilled we were. When we went for our monthly pre-natal check up at 26 weeks, my gynae couldn't find the heart beat. Had to be admitted at the hospital immediately to remove the fetus. Watching the lifeless body of my baby yoh that was the worst period of my life. I have never felt so much pain and shame. Everyone knew I was pregnant coz I was showing, how do i face all these people again. Going back to work was a nightmare coz people knew i was pregnant so you can imagine the looks - I was so ashamed. You guys are not alone and God is still God❤

The peace of God, the gift of God putting two people together knowing they will conquer is amazing. You guys are more than conquerors! Lean on Him.

Sending comfort and love to you guys🫂🥺 I know how painful it's losing a baby, on the 12th of June I was 36 weeks ,2 days pregnant, I gave birth to a stillborn baby girl she was so perfect, it didn't make sense, my baby was so healthy and the doctors saw nothing from the sessions we had everythingwas going well until the last day, I know God know why she took her away from me, I'm really trying so hard to be okay💔😭

I came across your video on my timeline and I'm sooo sorry you guys went through such a hard ordeal! Me and my partner experienced a pregnancy loss and I will tell you the fact that we also had a toddler at home was comforting for us....but it is hard! I can't even imagine how it is falling pregnant for the first time it ending up in a loss. You made the right call, it really isn't worth it gambling with the woman's life because you never know where a complicated pregnancy will end up. Also, doctors are humans who are in that field because God put them there and a lot of times their advice is right along with your instincts as a couple. Well done on the both of you for holding on to each other through the difficult time. Babies do deserve a great quality of life, I believe in that.
