Sis I am from Australia. I have 5mth old baby and my age is just like your age. Pregnant time MA ex dam dherai khane garthe in every hour. But maile baby ko delivery banda khi din aagadi samma 9hour work garthe so mero normal delivery vayo baby ek dam heathly cha. So mero experience MA exercise le dherai matter gardo raicha ani malai pani heart burn hune thiyena but mero baby ko hair lastai dherai ani ramro cha so don't worry hai .

Hi Reecha di....lots of love to you n ur coming baby.....🥰🥰 My daughter is 4 yrs old hai...and ushko birth chai 34 weeks ma bhako ho with thick black hair.....but after 6_7 months sabai hair jharera taklu bhae..😁.hahahahha and pheri after few month new silky hair grow huna thalo....so its all myth hai..heart burn hune na hune bhaneko chai gas le garda huncha jasto lagcha malai...ani morning sickness ra voniting chai malai nani hune din ko bihana sama bhako thyio...maile bihana khako sabai vomit garera hospital admit huna gako...aani belka 10 baje normal delivery bhayo..so sabai jana ko body ek dum farak huncha....so just take care of urself and be brave .at the end himat nai kam aaucha..... Lov u di..take care
