In this video, I share my c-section experience and clear up any misconceptions or anxieties about the procedure. I also share my post-surgery experience. While I acknowledge that not everyone has the option to choose a c-section, I hope that expectant mothers who do have this choice can find empowerment and reassurance in this video, especially if they feel hesitant or guilty about not having a "natural" birth.
