I’m currently 13 weeks and my 1st trimester was pretty good, only because I was taking Gravol. Once that nausea started, I asked my doctor if it was safe to take it and she said yes. Every night when I’m taking my prenatals I took it as well. And it made me sleeeeeep. I started weaning off it at around week 10. But now, I really don’t need it. Just gagging. I’m suuuuuper excited for you cause I’ve been watching for yeeeeaarrs. I’m a fellow Jamaican, living in St Catherine. Wishing you a safe delivery and nuff happiness and success ❤❤❤❤❤

I pumped for 3 months, it was a pretty good experience and then I introduced formula. For constipation I heard gripe water was good but I didn’t deal with a constipation issue, you’ll do great sis!
Hey gurl I’m a first time mom my son is two but some of my tips about breastfeeding, I would definitely say to do both (pump and put baby on) and don’t give up and as for taking any medications ask your doctor about taking (baby aspirin) for possible preeclampsia since it is a very high risk for us black women!!
