My husband and I had our baby boy the same age that you guys will be having yours. I promise you, it does come natural. Before you wonder “ how will I do this???” But once the baby is there and has needs, your instincts kick in and you just do whatever your baby needs. Mom of two and I had my first at 22. You will feel a lot more like yourself second trimester! For most women their energy returns and you just feel a lot better the second trimester. To ease your mind in regards to working out my doctors always said whatever you were doing before you got pregnant you can do during. Just listen to your body. When you are tired rest. If you feel the intensity is to hard slow down. Your body will tell you but you working out is super beneficial during pregnancy. Praying for a healthy pregnancy and delivery ❤️

When my wife had our son I took 2 pictures 1 when the dr handed him to my wife and the next one was out the window so we would always know what the weather was like at the moment he was born. The week following him being born I probally took 1000 pictures. You guys will be great parents.

i had my daughter at 23 (24 now) she be 1 in a few weeks its hard at times but its so rewarding and worth the sleepless nights she just started walking and thise mildstones are amazing to witness you guys will be amazing 🥰

When you hit labor you will be fine! You will get nervous but you will know what to do when the time comes and you have your hubby to support you and be by your side. You will miss being pregnant one day. When you start feeling that baby move inside you it’s going to be precious. Cherish it while it last. It can be hard on some and not so much for others. You can get your body back after the baby! You got this! ❤️

The fact that we are both craving sandwiches like crazy lol 😂 I feel your pain. I’m a new subscriber and I love you guys. And I’m glad I can follow along with you. I’m 11 weeks! Yay! Almost out the first trimester. I’m so anti-nap too because I’m a mom of two. The nausea going to work at 8-4 5 days a week is absolutely horrible but it’s slowly getting better. The best advice I can give you is stay active. Walk a lot. It will help you so much when it’s time to push the little one out. Contractions are like period cramps just 100 time’s worse. Each birth is different. I have 2 boy’s the oldest is almost 21 and my youngest is 14. I had to have my first baby by emergency c section so for my 2nd baby it had to be a scheduled c section. Once you have your first doctor visit you’ll feel so much better. Exercise is very important right now. You got this. You both will be amazing parents.

Abby, I appreciate you being so real about how you feel about pregnancy and your body changing. So many women feel pressure to make it seem outwardly that they love being pregnant and that they feel perfect and amazing the whole time. Sure it is that way for many women, but also for some women it isn’t. When I was pregnant it affected my self esteem and I also felt like I was in someone else’s body lol. It’s such a bizarre feeling. It is 100% okay to feel the way you’re feeling. I am so happy for you guys! You will be great parents!

If u want to get the most out of the pregnancy in terms of excitement…don’t find out what your baby is!!! We have 3 kids and we didn’t find out for the oldest or the youngest. We found out for the middle child but we regretted it. It’s so much more fun not finding out! As the dad it’s so exciting coming out of the delivery room and announcing to all your family “it’s a boy or it’s a girl”!!! So fun!

Hope you won't mind, but if ever you guys read this, I just wanted to offer a tiny bit of advice regarding natural birth versus having an epidural: take the time to look into it before deciding either way. Like you said, the amazing thing about pregnancy and giving birth is that our body knows how to. Natural birth is about trusting this whereas having an epidural often means handing the power over to the medical team. And that may not equate to "calm and relaxed". Giving birth is a life changing experience. Just take the time to find out what your options really are before deciding. I wish you a magical childbirth experience.

Once you get a doctor, make sure to talk to them about the workouts you were doing before your pregnancy. They will be able to help you figure out what workouts are safe throughout your pregnancy. I love you guys and you are on such an incredible journey!!

I’m 26 and have had three kids. My best advice is try and stay active especially after! It will help with baby weight loss and PPD.

You prob manly won’t read this but I am sitting here with my baby no 3 in my arms and he is 5 months old. From one mum to another everything you are feeling is totally normal. Your body changing and you have a lot more to come. Don’t be scared of labour it is totally worth it! Try and enjoy this time and get used to napping you probably will be when the baby is once they are born. Just enjoy being pregnant as before you know it you will be on baby no 3! X

Yay as you leave the first trimester you should get over any nausea and aversion to smells. The second trimester is generally the best! You aren’t that big, you are past nausea and just feel great.

It’s so normal to feel weird in your own body. And having weird feelings about your body is okay, you don’t have love it and feel great. A channel I recommended is Colleen Ballenger’s vlog channel. She has an incredible story and she just had twins. She documented her whole pregnancy, if you start to feel alone in this, your not. So I love y’all and definitely check out her channel. Also Liana Jade is almost the exact same time frame in her pregnancy as you.

I'm due July 31st!! Its actually super crazy because now that I've found out I'm pregnant, everyone is also pregnant, around me and on RU-vid. I feel the same fatigue but as the first trimester is wrapping up, it's getting better. Now I just have to worry about the daily lovenox injections to prevent blood clots in my stomach, to make sure I have a healthy baby!

Oh girl I was teaching preschool while pregnant, it was so hard! I fell asleep on my desk once , and another time had to run out of a field trip to puke. It was wild!! You’re job is the best!!!

I will say that nursing REALLY helps with losing baby weight! It just melts off!

Later in pregnancy it gets harder to sleep😩 I’m 22 weeks and sleep is becoming so uncomfortable for me. My baby girl is roughly a pound now and my hips randomly just go numb for no reason and I have to switch positions like ten times a night and then the other ten times is having to go to the bathroom. After a while your baby will use your bladder as a trampoline. It gets worse and worse as you get farther along and your little one grows❤️❤️ still this is so worth it and I’m so happy y’all have a little one growing❤️❤️ I love seeing amazing couples finally get pregnant after trying! Y’all are gonna be amazing parents.

Amen...your body is designed to give birth. Also, the doctor, nurse and assistants will be present for anything you need. And your husband will be the one rubbing your arm head or whatever you need...fluff your pillow...a sip of water or anything allowed that you request! But, you are right it is some time away. Being present and in the moment helps so much. Miracle before are very own eyes.

When I was pregnant with my first, I was heavier and I wasn't as self-conscious, maybe because my pregnancy kind of hid my actual weight. But with this one, my second, I am so much more self-conscious because I lost weight before getting pregnant and so you can see the weight gain. But I'm so happy to be pregnant and my body carries it well, so i haven't gained any weight more than what the baby is gaining and all the water and stuff. I'm so thankful i don't have any weird cravings or aversions either, or any severe symptoms like morning sickness. I did have a natural birth for my first one and I can say that although it hurt in the moment I don't remember it at all. God is so good to women to give us a rush of hormones and endorphins after birth so we almost immediately don't have any pain at all. I wouldn't have changed it at all and I was in labor for almost 35 hours. I wanted to do a water birth, but my waters were broken for too long and had to be taken to the hospital. They thought I'd be too tired to push after inducing me, so they offered me epidural or something to help me sleep between contractions and I picked the latter, even in my exhausted state (probably mostly because I'm terrified of injections and that epidural needle is BIG and it goes in your SPINE - I won't even get a flu shot in my arm, I'd rather take my chances and die 😂. I've also heard stories about what could go wrong and side effects and everything, but I also know those aren't super likely if you have experienced doctors). Waters broke and started contractions at 7am September 2nd, gave birth at 4:49pm September 3rd. Good luck with the start of your little family :) God be with you
