Check out Mama Doctor Jones on youtube when you get a chance, she's an obgyn and is so insightful! And I would love to see a collab since you have your Baby on the way! So stinking cute by the way!!! Boy do I remember those hormones 😂 difficult to deal with. Remember to breathe and walking is supposed to help with labor and all the pains prior. One tip, listen to your gut, do what you feel is right. Mama's know! Don't let anyone else make those decisions for you, especially about labor.

Compression stockings will help with the vein problems and they will make any pain soo much better! I’m in nursing and it’s common for nurses and pregnant women to get varicose veins due to being on our feet and any extra weight. Compression stockings really help with this!
