@Gabrielle Alexandra abdolutely not. My bf is very handsome and successfull. I am at best average or slightly above average. We live in a longterm relationship due to my studies yet he travels 500 km just to see me during the weekend. There are plenty of beautiful woman in his hometown yet he has been loyal to me. It only depends on the mens morals and a woman should never feel ugly or so if her bf cheated. My previous bf was ugly and unemployed and he cheated on me with 5 different woman. The key is not to give a chance to mediocre men. They feel like kings if a woman shows a little bit of interest. Attractive guys always have the attention of woman so its nothing new for them and if they fall in love, they will stay loyal

girl I was going to say that you look prettier than ever and I think it's partly pregnancy but also your natural skin color + hair as opposed to the extra blond/extra orange-y tan.. you don't look pale, you just look great and totally striking.
I recommend getting the Owlet Smart Sock, it's a sock that you put on the baby when they sleep and tells you what their heart rate is and breathing rate. If something goes wrong it will send an alert to your phone so you don't miss anything. It is quite expensive but saves a lot of stress and worry for new parents. ❤️

It’s so cute seeing pregnant women workout 🥰 The more fit you are the easier your delivery will be. I definitely saw a difference from the delivery of my first son and my second son when I wasn’t working out... keep at it! 💪💪

@@zebawarsi8894 Hi , I'm french aswell so I think I can help you there, honestly pronunciation isn't what is most important at this stage but the french "r" is probably the most important to master ,there are lots of videos teaching that on ytb I'm sure, and also "les accents" are very important, so start by learning the sounds of é è ê and other sounds : u-ou-en/an-oi
@@zebawarsi8894 Sure...I recently just moved here myself (2 years ago ) and I honestly I would say it's all about listening and repeating what native speakers say. Certain words are pronounced with a strong accent that hard for english speakers to pronounce. WATCH the local news and listen to the radio. It helps sooooo much, especially with learning your regional accent. Don't be afraid of making mistakes, trust me I have made plenty. 😆😆😆 I hope all goes well.

I don't know about the Netherlands, but in Hungary OBGYNs usually recommend to take extra Magnesium as supplement during pregnancy. It helps a lot with cramping. Also, congrats to Laurens and veel success met de nieuwe business!

Yes, you’re on the ball about oxygen delivery being different during pregnancy. Red blood cells (the heme molecule in them) carry oxygen throughout our bodies. During pregnancy, your body makes more blood because a lot of your blood needs to be diverted from your circulation to the placenta to provide the growing baby with nutrients and oxygen. So I’m not surprised that you feel different during workouts now that your pregnant. Take things as you can tolerate them (like if you get dizzy, drink water and take a break, etc.), but maintaining an exercise regime during pregnancy if you already lead an active lifestyle is definitely recommended and I’m happy to see you doing that! As a mom of 2 I would say the two things I can't live without are blackout curtains for the nursery and a sound machine. I have used them both since birth until now with my 3 year old and 1.5 year old. It helps them nap and sleep sooo much better and you don't have to worry about waking them up. Most baby items are a waste because they are short lived but these two are a must.

I went to the chiropractor and for prenatal massages for both of my pregnancies and it helped me sleep well immensely. If you start feeling stiff and that it is hard to sleep I would recommend doing both
I have to say it is getting worse here again.. but the government really tries to prevent a ‘real’ lockdown with the social distincing and corona app, but luckily we did not had to be in the lockdown situation yet! Stay strong in quarantine ❤️
I am jealous :( we have an 8pm curfew and can only leave for 1 hour a day to exercise and 1 hour a day to shop for essentials once within 5km of our house. T__T 3 weeks down.. I can't wait for this to be over with. Honestly it really shows me how much I took my freedom for granted haha. I'm much luckier than others though as I am still allowed to work.

Try and add bright colours to the nursery!! Although neutral tones may look better, they’re not stimulating for babies is bright colours will be more visible to your baby!!! Xxx
