I like Branch basics for cleaning, Trulyfree for detergent, Henry Rose for non toxic fragrances, candles & perfume, Ancestral Supplements for real/quality iron supplements, Ilia or Lawless beauty for clean makeup, dry brushing (helps circulation)… I also recommend regular prenatal massages, chiro adjustments (Webster Certified), spinning babies. You’ve got this 💕

Congrats!! I’m old school so my suggestions are don’t change anything except limiting caffeine and no smoking. Sensible eating. Have fun enjoying your pregnancy.

Love watching these pregnancy videos of yours. It’s all coming back to me when I was pregnant just a few years ago. I found out when my baby was the size of a blueberry. And don’t get green washed from all the store bought detergents. I’m really sensitive to smells so I’ve been making my own detergent for years. I never knew about smelling alcohol pads when nauseas. Thanks for the tip. ❤

What I would 100% recommend with the lovey buy multiple! As they get older it’s well loved or gets worn out or lost, you have back up.

I am so excited for you!! All non toxic everything all the time- even when you’re not pregnant 😊 Needed is an excellent prenatal! I LOVE Mollys Suds! I also am OBSESSED with Just Ingredients. I use all her products ❤ she also has a podcast full of non toxic information. It’s so good!

Seventh generation is a great one! Also once you adjust during pregnancy I just kept sticking to the products I was using because they are also better for baby….theeennn when you get pregnant again you are already still using all of the same products!

Get the seventh generation detergent pods...I like the citrus scent..but comes in scent free too. No mess and they totally dissolve in the laundry, even in cold water 😁🤙

To be honest I didn’t do any research on my makeup and my doctor said it was alright but for food I know you should stay clear of food with mercury and deli meat. I’m so excited for you!

No soy! Can’t eat a bloody steak :( No raw sushi obviously No feta cheese Try to limit lunch meat BUT I’m craving it this time around so I’ve had it a few times They say limit caffeine/ coffee but I’ve tired cutting coffee out and I’m a mess so I limit to 8 oz coffee a day and I just don’t go back for a second cup…the baby will be alright. Remember back in the day woman smoked with us and drank alcohol and it was ok :)

make sure you use a really good oil and moisturizer combo for stretch marks and put that stuff on your boobs, thighs,belly, under belly and hips, love handles just everywhere.

Don't read to much into it , you can pretty much eat and drink what you want except raw food , you don't have to change your makeup and laundry , my son is 24 and I never changed anything and he is fine

I got the first aid beauty facial radiance wipes because my skin went from dry to oily I got horrible acne my first pregnancy but my 2nd I knew what was going down so that helped keep my acne at bay Also osea body oil, palmers oil, gold bond overnight cream (my fav) I used all those on my belly and boobs :)

U two are going be the best parents and so excited to see u two vlog this journey so great seeing sawyer more also .I use hydrogen peroxide in spray bottle instead of bleach works so good on mold or stains on clothes love the thieves or aromatherapy products
