Shes 23, that is not "young" to have a child it's a very good age and almost everyone says they wont want kids. then to nobodies suprise they go and get kids!!

Because its an emergency situation dear, though it potentially can harm the fetus (low harm actually when you give proper protection and the fetus is in the third term). Not doing any xray or ct-scan in post mechanical trauma is really wrong, you cant exclude any internal traumas, those are life threatening
