Discipline is like solving a mystery sometimes. Trying to find out why a child is exhibiting a type of behavior. What each child needs to bring about compliance/self discipline. I taught preschool for 30 years and there was always one that didn’t respond to conventional methods. It required some investigation/ investment of time to find out what made them tick. Always worth it though to see the success. It’s the same as parenting. It is tough sometimes but always worth the investment to see the success.

You are so blessed. I'm 55 and all my Grandparents have been dead since I was 11. My parents are 79 and 80 so my kids (7 of them) age 33-21 are blessed to have their Grandparents.

It started raining in Kent as I was watching this video. I am also in the midst of writing a book. Three authors working on one book together makes it sound easy. Editing each other would lead to a lot of discussion. I wish I had someone else doing the editing for me. Children using their imagination in dressing up, not missing mummy at all👌🏽

I was just thinking how powerful your grandma's words were to me tonight. Just laying in bed thinking that, literally the fact that even through my mistakes my child did come out amazing. And has produced me four beautiful grand children.They are smart 9-5-4-2 can speak Spanish. She is teaches them so well. And I see the things I have taught her being passed along. So I know now I didn't fail her! My daughter calls me faithfully. Consistently. Sometimes too much!(if ever). But truly thank you. It really took the words of a stranger. And the place I was in mentally the last couple of days were needed. So thank you! Please use that in your book. It's a very impactful statement.

I use to work in a call center doing technical support and billing for a major satellite company. Even though I was at a desk all day it was so mentally draining. I would be more tired working there than when I was a production worker in a big factory. I completely understand how writing could be very draining and tiring. :)
