Your channel, for me, is the equivalent of letting my babes watch “little bear”. Not overstimulating and I never leave feeling like I need more things, if that makes sense. So many of the moms I used to watch always made me feel like I need all this stuff and to spend all this money, and like I’m not good enough but I have realized they are faaaaaakkkkeeeeee and so bad for our mental health. We need more influencers like you!

First off you look amazing and your routine is so inspiring! I would love to get up before my kids, they are up at 530 and my 1 year old still gets up 4-8 times a night. It's been really hard for me to find time alone so currently I am just trying to read a chapter in the Bible during my cup of coffee and trying to instill a play time while I do that. It's so tough sometimes, like this morning took me at least 45 minutes to read Matthew chapter 1 with many interruptions but I decided my efforts will be noticed by the Lord regardless of how imperfect my time is and my kids see how important time in the word is to me

I don't usually watch vlogs, but sometimes I'm watching yours. And I just wanna say thank you for sharing all that with us. Those words in the end about motherhood and your life as a christian are so beautiful. I pray that I can remind myself of those words the next time I'm feeling overwhelmed or unpatient with my child. ❤

I'm pregnant with my first so I know my routine will change, but being pregnant hasn't stopped my 4:30am wake up for going to the gym at 5am. It helps me to start my day that early since I work 7:30-4:30 and sometimes need to stay late at work. I do prioritize my sleep though. The first trimester I would take 30 minute naps after work and now I don't nap but I go to bed between 7:30/8pm because I've learned my best sleep is 8pm-1am. I know this doesn't work for everyone's schedule but being pregnant with my first I'm definitely taking advantage of getting to bed early while I can.

Beth, my two children have the same age gap as yours, and while I would love to be pregnant with a third right now we are waiting until we have things lined up with my husband's graduate degree. Im a fan of Ritual prenantal as well. HOWEVER, ladies, make sure you look at each capsule before consuming. There's usually one or two MOLDY/ black capsules somehow in each bottle I have purchased. :( Still my preferred prenatal!

I had a boy last year, his name is Theodore 😊 but before we knew what we were having we considered girl names like Hazel, Ruby, Florence, and Nora. If we have another Nora is still in the running but we have another top contender lol

Thank you 🥹 I don’t usually use heat protectant - just hair masks and hair oil typically. Most days I let my hair air dry to keep it healthy. I’m long overdue for a haircut though haha

I tried eating all that while pregnant too. I love avocado toast. Very nice. I have been a Ritual user for over 5 years. I love that they have a prenatal (which I have been taking while nursing). I don't think I have ever lost hair in chunks. That sounds scary. I use The Body Shop tea tree shampoo. I will have to switch deodorants soon, as the type I've used for use (Eden's Garden) no longer makes deodorant (just oils). I have heard a lot about Native and may go to that. I like that you seem to have good portion control in the things you make. Skinny Pop is tasty (but I eat air popped popcorn daily and have skinny pop on days I run out of kernels. . I have a popcorn obsession) hehe. I had major leg cramps in my last pregnancy and take a B Corp Magnesium now. Love what you said about servanthood and how motherhood is very much like that Christlike example. Great TED talk.

Beth!!!!!! Let me just sayy.. I'm currently pregnant with baby #1 (baby girl ❤) I want 3 children if God blesses me with the privilege. You make motherhood so attainable and you do it with our Heavenly Father 💕 I'm a Christian as well and seeing how you make time for God despite a busy life, gives me faith that all things are possible through Christ ! I’ve been checking out things regarding the placenta. Some people eat it or encapsulate it. The hospital treats it like it’s trash but then sells it to make beauty products and supplements.. one person mentioned it gets sold for $50,000..but yet hospitals are actually charging mommas $50,000+\- for just birthing there.. Anyways.. do you (or anyone) have thoughts or experiences with this. I’m 12 weeks pregnant and refining my birth plan. Thank you in advance!
