In this day and age of information and technology, it’s ridiculous the amount of lives lost that didn’t need to be.

this kind of happened in NZ. parents refused to let their baby get a heart transplant unless they could guarantee only unvaccinated blood would be used during the procedure, but there's no screening for that. So the hospital sued and the government took temporary control of the child so they could consent to the procedure.

She dies cause she doesn't want vaccinated "poison" blood, however her daughter grows up without a mum, I would do anything to stay with my kids. Just very sad.

People including parents who are against vaccinations need a reality check. Medicine has come so far vaccinations are designed to protect the body no poison it. I work in child care children are now not allowed to attend any type of child care in my country without having there first vaccinations. I support this so much as little ones have such a fragile immune system.

I was one month early but I was completely healthy and seeing this just makes me even more grateful to be alive and well, anyone who has either lost a child to it being premature or someone who has lost a mother from being premature I just want to say that I hope things get better and your life is valuable so so valuable to me ❤

Why even bother fronting up to an emergency room at all only to insist that you’re fine and the medical people are ‘a waste of time?’ Just don’t come to hospital at all if that’s your attitude! 🤦‍♀️

I can guarantee the father would’ve divorced her eventually had she lived.

I really hate the fact that people like this actually exist in this world... Like, Jesus Christ vaccinations exist for a reason, and it's not because they're BAD.

One thing we can be happy about this is that at least the mother won't be a inconvenience in the child's health

She has ever right to refuse vaccination or transfusion, but once they baby is born her opinion is only 50% of the choice... her husband has every right to want HIS baby vaccinated and in an age of science and free access to information I suspect the family courts would side with the father and mainstream medical opinion that the baby should be vaccinated. Sounds to me like she'll be divorced soon after the birth and all this could absolutely be used to prove she's an unfit mother and give the father full custody. Edit: watched to the end and yeah, she doesn't live long enough to fight for the baby to be unvaccinated... perhaps these people need to be locked up as a danger to themselves... refusing life saving medical intervention because of an irrational fear of vaccines is the very definition of insanity.

I understand if a person was an anti-vaxer when vaccinations had just been created in the 1700s, because they sounded wiered as hell at the time. But in today's day and age, and the advancements in medicine, I do not get why people are against vaccines, esspesially grown adults who can easily access information about the benifits of vaccines.

My only defence for the mom is that sometimes the maternal instinct can turn in on itself. The need to protect your unborn child turns many outside sources into the enemy: just look at all the news we see about FDA recalls on food, products said to cause cancer, and now tons of “proof” about vaccines being deadly. The mom is the only defence for them, combine that with months of fluctuating hormones & irregular sleep patterns and it’s not surprising how extreme pregnant women can get. FYI: dads can too, more freaking out & noticing all the dangers their child will be facing.

What can I say, one less foolish human being in the world, I honestly don’t feel bad for her

This can't happen because she needs a signed dnr. Plus legally anything you say after baby being dilated and in labour doesn't cou t. You're considered not sound for making decisions in that state. I know because they refused to donate whatever it was that's good for research because they didn't listen to me while pregnant and couldn't listen to me once I got to the hospital because of that.

Too be ignorant about their own stupidity is so sad. My friend date a girl at university that doesn’t allow any blood transfusion nor medical intervention as she believes in God and only God can decide to save or take your life. Ignorance has not limit, you can find them on the bench od the university. My friend broke their relationship as soon he knows that… couldn’t build a life and family life with someone who has the wrong beliefs.
