I’m saying this as a woman myself , if you can’t afford food then you shouldn’t be pregnant or have children. Keep your legs closed until you can get your life together.
I’m saying this as someone born female (don’t identify as a woman currently) sure, that’s reasonable in a perfect world, but this isn’t a perfect world. There are pregnant people who end up in such a way via assault and other things of that nature. Plus what about situations where someone has a stable household going into pregnancy but certain factors disrupt that? Breadwinner of the house suddenly passing, recessions and inflations in the economy, being laid off from a job during pregnancy, etc. It’s easy to say one thing, but life can screw things up at any moment.
You can have the most careful and well it together life and have everything fall apart in SECONDS. All it takes is one unexpected emergency to drain someone’s hard saved funds. Surely as a woman you’re grown enough to know that 😒
