To calculate the preheater system specifications it is related to the design, and there are several designs of cyclone preheater, there are 4 cyclone levels, 5 cyclone levels and 6 cyclone levels, according to the clinker production capacity. Meanwhile, I am not in a position as a designer cement factory, but I am in a position to operate and how ton optimize the operation of a cement factory.

Material feed into the preheater system depends on the clinker production capacity. For a clinker production capacity of 8000 tonnes per day, the material fed to the preheater is around 550 tonnes per hour. And for a clinker production capacity of 11,000 tons per day, the material fed to the preheater is around 750 tons per hour.
