That’s what I’m coming to realize, many of these prehistoric mods are turning into the same thing and this category is getting bloated, it’s hard to find more unique ones worth covering, not to disrespect upcoming mods but it would be nice for people to come up with new ideas with prehistoric mods

This mod looks amazing! Love the detail and variety of creatures! The mod showcase was very well made too, I like how you let the music play while demonstrating the weapons and armor, good way to present them both! Only complaint I have that sometimes the text could have satayed for two or three seconds longer, but thats it!
Problem: what kind of balaenoptera? Its not a species, its a genus, so it could be blue whale or fin whale it looks like balaenoptera bertae, the extinct dwarf whale other than that, awesome mod
I think I may hold off on PN for the time being it looks massive. Im looking for more small scale prehistory mods and other dinosaur projects to cover.
The fact that this Minecraft mod actually looks like _Minecraft_ and not something like Terraria or ARK is the best thing about it. It actually looks like something that could've existed in the Minecraft world's past (Minus the time travelers of course)
Looks so cool! Love the time periods that are highlighted here. All it needs is some sort of overarching story/objective to tie it all together so it doesn’t get stale. Maybe a quest having to do with the lore of the Time Travelers - where they came from, how they got to our time, maybe remnants of time travelers civilizations in each dimension, etc.
I agree (I made him 😅) this is a bit of a place holder system atm. I'm hoping to add a mechanic later where you can trade with him (as he's a hunter), to get his lantern
all we would need next would be the paleozoic that should have 6 instead of 3 due to the amount of periods maybe some sort of co,op between the two creators maybe?
I think there should be a rework for the way you get the lantern from the time travelers, you should like, be able to do jobs for them, and fix the flintlock pistol too, it looks very weird.
I didn't really like the fyodor, not even a bit. I just find it somewhat abrasive to have guns and an NPC who uses it in the game that doesn't meet expected satisfaction.
You can tame megaloceros with bowl of lichen found on those rocks in the boreal forest dunkle mentioned. And you can tame tuatara with spider eyes. I can't really remember the others tbh, maybe thylacine with meat or a bone? Oh and you can ride embolotberium if you put a saddle on it
By the way, can you add Otodus Megalodon Which Ate Whales, and Lived During The Miocene, and Livyatan Melvillei That Ate Other Whales, Which Preyed The Same Prey As Megalodon, And Also Hunted For Megalodon.

I spent two years on that Minecraft world, I added this mod because hehe murder kitties. Yep. This world is gone now. Beyond repair, probably. It won't open with this mod turned off, and with it running it will just open and immediately close again. It didn't happen immediately, it broke in about a week of playing it, when I tried to explore new territory. Apparently this load of shit has some kind of structure it can't generate. No wonder, the trees in it don't even decay once you break the log. I didn't actively use it since I found out it's bugged as fuck, and can't be turned off, but this crap messes with generation anyway.
