Brontosaurus was my favorite since childhood. Just the name inspires awe, "Thunder Lizard!" I think its massive tail would have been the demise of many an Allosaur.
And yes I think Brontosaurus is so much cooler than Apatosaurus that's what I grew up with and when I heard about it as a young boy I did nothing but argue about it
Notice a figure on a picture on clip around 14:50 run time where it looks like a full grown male silverback gorilla up in the right-hand corner was just curious did anybody else notice where am I mistaken on the picture looks like he's crossing the root of the tree
Let's make a comedy version of the bone wars called "Boners" & see if John C Riley will play Cope. Can't think of a better actor to play Drinker than Robert Downey, Jr 😂
I would have just liked to seen the majestic, farting, burping giants. Gastro people say it would have been unpleasant being close to these creatures due to all the digestion going on
Apperantly, a group of Camarasaurus have been found together, including two adults and a juvenile, but I can't find any source besides Prehistoric Wildlife so take that with a grain of salt. If I had to make a hypothesis, I'd say most sauropod herds were probably composed of adults and younger individuals that were large enough to not be trampled. And they probably migrated whenever food grew scarce.
