I am so glad that i found this video, I needed to hear this 24:24 - 25:40 feels like it was a message directly meant for me. I am 24, and have just started to think about marriage. I haven't met anyone yet but I have been meeting a couple of guys and it is kind of exhausting trying to find "Mr. Right". But also, i really enjoy being single and the freedom and independence that comes with it. I can do whatever I want, whenever I want. Ever since I was young, I've wanted to do volunteer work in communities that need much help. If i don't do this now, i'll never do it...... and know that I'll always look back and regret it.

I wish I could be married but I know its work and I want to have a family. I'm also scared because I don't want to get divorced :(

You are right to be cautious but ultimately know that the Lord wants what is best for you. Rely on Him for all things...including whether or not He wants you to marry.

How does one stay married for eternity? I don’t care that others want to be separated from their spouse at death good for them but I refuse to not be married to my wife for eternity.

We appreciate your commitment to your spouse. It is inspiring to see such commitment in today's world, but the question of whether or not we can stay married in heaven is not ours to answer. Jesus clearly stated in Matthew 22:30 this: "At the resurrection people will neither marry nor be given in marriage; they will be like the angels in heaven." God's providence, His will, and His care for us as His children will always rule the day despite our desires. There is a good article on the subject that we encourage you to read and study.
