Well we have stayed at the Premier Inn at Cardiff bay on quite a few occasions now and have always found it great value for money. Have you stayed here, would love to hear your opinions. 🙂

Would you stay at this hotel again ? My wife and I are considering making a trip to Cardiff later in the year and have always been a fan of the Premier Inn. We have been to London, Edinburgh, Glasgow, Leeds, York, Liverpool and Manchester over the past 2 years and have always been delighted with the quality of the Premier Inn hotels .. We hope for the same in Cardiff too.

Hi Brian, like you we really enjoy staying at Premier Inns, good value for money and usually get decent sleep. We would definitely stay at this hotel again, prices can vary due to what is on in Cardiff but this is the same for any hotel. My husband stayed at this hotel about a month ago and there was some building work going on near to the hotel so may be worth checking if that is completed yet. Apparently it was noisy early morning. 🙂

@@midatravel Thanks for the great reply .. that's good to know about the hotel. Good tip about prices and any events taking place in the city. A few weeks ago, we stayed in Glasgow (P.I. Buchannan Galleries) and the hotel was full to the brim. I asked why and it was the Taylor Swift concert in Edinburgh .. it was cheaper for folk to be staying in Glasgow and travelling to Edinburgh for the concert. We were lucky, we had booked several months in advance, so got a good deal.. Our train up from Newcastle was packed too. for the same reason. Regards from Whitley Bay

Dave is from Cardiff so we have stayed in quite a few hotels there. Premier is a fairly new hotel so is still in good nick. Family live in the bay so its great location for us. We have not stayed at the Clayton but hopefully will get to stay and review at some point. 🙂
