Nice to see the smiles after the good home win for your boys, but would love to know why they take so long for them to get going...speaking of which well done to Matt on his predictions. I for my part got the Chelsea 4-2, but was a bit miffed when the two injury time goals for Arsenal scuppered my 2-2 prediction against Leicester. And Forest managing to concede a penalty cost me the 0-0. Never mind, we go again with this weeks fun. Good luck to you two as well... Crystal Palace 1 Liverpool 2...Though with Palace struggling to score, it could be to nil, but I expect Liverpool to have enough to win. Arsenal 6 Southampton 1...Hard to see Southampton winning this, so it will be down to them not making too many defensive errors. Brentford 1 Wolverhampton 2...Brentford playing well at home. Wolves play well at times and are due a win. Tight but Wolves win? Leicester 2 Bournemouth 1...Leicester have been unfortunate not to have a win, and not sure what to make of Bournemouth so... Man City 4 Fulham 1...Fulham didn't penetrate much at Forest, for all of the possession, and City are likely to score. Comfortable win. West Ham Utd 2 Ipswich 1...I like Ipswich who fought well last week and will again here. West ham a bit in and out but can win this. Everton 1 Newcastle 2...A good win for Everton last week but Newcastle going well generally will be a tough test. Newcastle for me! Aston Villa 4 Man Utd 1...Villa have midweek injuries but an extra days prep. Given Man U are not playing well I expect Villa to win. Fulham looking surprisingly good this season. West Ham seem off which is strange when you look at their squad. Man Utd are in a bad place and the daily reports on ETH feel like a inevitable spiral towards a sacking. Southampton could do things if they could settle their defence. Its scary watching it.

What Liverpool got going for them is that they nearly always score twice or more.

For the first time this season I’m surprised with the predictions for Southampton in a different way. We were awful against Bournemouth and after the Ipswich performance I thought we’d bounce on. But 2-0/3-0 you’re having a laugh right? 🤣 were so losing 5/6-0 easily, should’ve gone for the bonus points on this one
