Premier Modular is one of the leading and longest-established offsite construction specialists in the UK. We occupy a 23-acre site in Brandesburton, East Yorkshire and have five factories providing 12,000sqm of highly flexible offsite manufacturing facilities.
Two factories have extensive crane facilities for the erection of modules for both permanent and hire buildings. Our other three factories are used for fitting out a diverse range of building types for the education, commercial, industrial, construction welfare, healthcare, and residential sectors.
Premier provides both interim modular buildings and permanent bespoke offsite solutions to fulfill almost any application, site and design.
