I have been using Premiere Elements 13 then 15. Sharper Turtle. I do drone videography & because my angular displacements are large one of my BIG problems is variable exposure; can I use key framing in PE to compensate for a variable exposure? I have tried unsuccessfully to use keyframes for this using PE 15; is it possible?
