Premiers talk about the Meech Lake Accord's Failure 

A historic attempt to get Quebec's signature on Canada's Constitution failed in June of 1990. Four years later, Steve Paikin talked with six of the premiers involved in crafting the Accord to discuss what went wrong and the future of Canada.
