Hi Mam, your pizza looks really very delicious. I am a bit confused concerning the measurement. You said 2 cups of flour is 500 grams. But according to cups measurement: 1 cup of flour is 125 grams. would be grateful if you could give the exact grams for flour. I would like to try your pizza recipe

Can u show ur oven plz . I have the electric oven which is also called as oven toaster . It has 2 rods upper and lower .should I turn on both the rods?
Misbah dear, in first step (Pre-heat) please ON your lower rods and set the temperature on 180 C for 30 minutes. Second step: when you bake your Pizza ON your oven lower rods and set your oven temperature on 170 C for 15 minutes. Third step: To bake pizza top for beautiful texture ON your only Upper rods for 2 minutes or as required and OFF the lower rods. Need full attention during 15 to 17 minutes for better result.
Maryam dear, aap ka Oven tek pre-heat nahi ho ga ya phir dough soft nahi ho gi. Aap recipe ko achi tahra follow karain, oor kum quantity may 2 ya 3 martaba dough banain, phir oven may bake karain. Paractice tab tak karain jab tak aap perfect nahi ho jatain. Insha'Allah bohat acha banay ga Stay blessed
