How big is the bed size? Also how fast is the cutting vs a co2 for instance comparing to a xtool p2? I was going to get a p2. But this release with thunders know support maybe an option. Tho I don’t know anything about rf. I just cut a lot and my diode is wayyy to slow for me.

Great feature set. Is the head running on aluminum or steel linear rails? Noise DB level?

This does not use linear rails.. The gantry is aluminum.. DB level is quite low. the loudest part will be the RF fans that will run full blast when cutting.. But the are progressive on a controller so it will ramp as needed so its not loud under normal conditions .. I will measure the DB with my phone/watch

Bought a Polar but would have probably got this one if it was an option at the time, don't know much about the metal tube but the way I see it much superior to a glass tube and longer lasting

Not sure what the future plans are but the front can be used as a pass though.. I have to test that a bit.. The bed size is 20x12 with room for 22x14 material

RF laser tubes and then stepper motors make no sense to me at all. The beam expander for such a small machine is also not needed. The cutting performance of the machine will not be particularly good with it.

No, DSP controllers tend to have transfer issues with WiFi.. We don't recommend it but it can be done with a lightburn bridge.

@@HouseOfLasers Thanks for the quick response. We run four glowforges on one computer. This allows us to view the camera and setup alignment with 4 different open tabs. Would a lightburn bridge on 4 different Thunder Bolts accomplish this same thing? Just need to make sure we can view the camera and setup alignment over wifi. Everything else about these new Bolts look awesome and I'd sure love to upgrade across the board.
