Jason, Great Video, thanks for sharing your experience with us, I also would add several points related to performance-related things - Running shows, - Weightlifting shoes - Sleeves, grips ...etc - Tape if you open your hands from pull-ups ...etc And...... something that I faced in a competition, " locker lock." haha, If there are lockers to leave your valuable belongings, mobile, keys ...etc

@@JasonGrubb I have a specific question for you related to competition, Its been a long time since I did a one-rep max or weightlifting, I'm one month from a competition and I wanna test my current one rep max of Clean and Jerk and Snatch, yet I'm don't know when to test and how often, till the competition date any tips ?

This video was exactly what I was looking for for my upcoming competition. Appreciate you demystifying that whole nutrition thing a little bit. What amount of sugar do you consume after each workout? And is the amount related / varies to a specific workout typ(e.g. CF Total or Murph)? Thank you so much
